Bureaucrats are users with the ability to promote other users to administrators, bureaucrats, chat moderators and rollbacks.

Bureaucrat Abilities

The main bureaucrat abilities include:

• Add groups: Bots, Administrators, Rollbacks, Patrollers, interface editors and Bureaucrats.
• Remove groups: Bots, Administrators, Rollbacks, Patrollers and interface editors.
• Remove group from own account: Bureaucrats.
